Crafts
On Thursday mornings, a group gathers at the church to make crafts and other items. No experience is needed and all levels of creative ability are appreciated. Fit At First
Each Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM,  adults gather at First Church for a class that enhances their fitness abilitiy  It's an hour of  exercises, stretching and movement, done to the beat of music and filled with fun and laughter. Second Wednesday  Program and Luncheon in the Parish Hall will be a wonderful pianist, Dianne Frazer. She is well known for her wit and style.  You will not want to miss her.  Lunch is $6.oo and the program begins at 10:30. Make your reservatons early!!

On the second Wednesday of every month, First Church invites you to an informative and fun program at 10:30 AM that is followed by lunch (cost $6.00.) Recent programs include: The Baton Rouge Music Club Chorus, Herbs of the Bible, and the Platinum Sound Band. Fourth Wednesday Outing:   The cost of this trip is only $25.00 . We will be meeting for lunch at Galatoire's Restaurant.  If you would like to ride the bus from the church please let me know.  This a favorite so sign up early.

Lunch will be at 11:30. 

This outing is a time for good food and fellowship for members and guests. Sometimes the group stays in Baton Rouge and sometimes it travels to the surrounding area. Recent trips include: the Jefferson/Napoleon exhibit at the New Orleans Museum of Art, lunch at the Commander's Palace, a trip to Nottoway Plantation for a tour and lunch, and a "Mystery Trip" tour of the Konrico Rice Mill in New Iberia and lunch at Antique Roseville.
