Before there was a New Testament, there was the Bible Jesus knew — the Hebrew Scriptures that shaped Jesus’ imagination and understanding of God’s redeeming work in the world. This week, we meet Abraham and Sarah and explore how their story speaks to the deep longing many of us carry: to know our lives matter, to know we are part of something larger than ourselves, and to discover how we can be part of God’s redeeming work in the world.
