What in the Name of God?

People use God’s name to do all kinds of terrible things. And for many, that misuse of God makes the very idea of God hard to accept. But what if there is a clear way to see what God is really like—a way that surprised the first people who heard it and still does today? This sermon explores one of the Bible’s best-known stories — Jesus’ triumphal entry in Jerusalem — and asks what it tells us about who God really is.
